Katie has obsessively focused on understanding customer behaviour for over 18 years. Working originally in grocery retail her expertise covers everything from customer & consumer research and in-store experience, through to people development, customer service and marketing. Her focus on customer experience and insight is second to none.
Katie took on her current role as Marketing & Partnerships Director at research and insight consultancy KAM in 2019 to develop and oversee the brand marketing and communications strategy. She has since immersed herself in the world of Hospitality working with clients such as Punch Pubs, Hall & Woodhouse, Brewdog, through to Junkyard Golf and Rosa’s Thai.
