Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Gamechangers Organisation Ltd website ("Website") and the services provided through the Website. These are the terms on which we sell all Services to you. Before placing a subscription order on the Website, you will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions by clicking on the button marked 'I Accept'. If you do not click on the button, you will not be able to complete your Order. You can only purchase the Services and Goods from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.
Subscription Services
1.1 Operator Memberships
1.1.1 By signing up for an Operator Membership, you agree to a minimum contract term of six (6) months, with monthly payments due on the same calendar date as the signup date every month.
1.1.2 Your Operator Membership will automatically renew unless you request a cancellation from the Gamechangers team in writing.
1.1.3 You may report any issues or concerns related to the Website or your membership to the Gamechangers team at oracle@gamechangers.org.uk
1.1.4 You acknowledge that you are able to update and control your billing choices through the Gamechangers dashboard through the 'my account' section.
1.1.5. You acknowledge that the description of Goods and Services is as set out on the Gamechangers website, and that this is subject to change at any time with no prior notice to you. All descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may vary in application.
1.2 Supplier Memberships
1.2.1 Supplier Members agree to a twelve (12) month contract term, which will automatically renew each year unless specified otherwise.
1.2.2 Supplier Members must provide an email address and name of a point of contact at their company for Operator Members to claim benefits.
1.2.3 Supplier Members may include "free form" content in their company profile and benefits, but agree to use such content in a decent and appropriate manner, refraining from vulgar or offensive language.
1.2.4 The Gamechangers team reserves the right to amend company profiles, benefits, and offers provided by Suppliers without prior notice.
1.2.5. You acknowledge that the description of Goods and Services is as set out on the Gamechangers website, and that this is subject to change at any time with no prior notice to you. All descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may vary in application.
Payments and Invoicing
2.1 Operator Memberships
2.1.1 The Fees for the Services provided by Game Changers Organisation Ltd are charged at the price set out on the Website at the date of acceptance of this agreement.
2.1.2 Operator Membership payments will be processed automatically on a monthly basis through the payment provider Stripe Inc
2.1.3 If there are any issues or amendments regarding payment, Operator Members should contact the Gamechangers team as a first point of call.
2.1.4 All Monthly Subscriptions are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.
2.1.5 The Monthly Subscription fees for each type of Operator Memberships shall be determined by Gamechangers by the first of January each year. Members will be advised prior to the date of renewal of the most up to date subscriber fees.
2.1.6 In the event that the Monthly Operator Subscription and any other outstanding Gamechanger invoices remain unpaid three months after receipt of the invoice, Gamechangers reserves the right to suspend any access to Gamechangers services. This includes access to the platform, ongoing services and contacts with other Gamechangers members.
2.2 Supplier Memberships
2.2.1 The Fees for the Services provided by Game Changers Organisation Ltd are charged at the price set out on the Website at the date of acceptance of this agreement.
2.2.2 Supplier Members will be billed through invoicing facilitated by the Gamechangers team.
2.2.3 Supplier Members must address any billing-related amendments or issues by contacting the Gamechangers team.
2.2.4 All Annual Subscriptions are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.
2.2.5 The Annual Subscription fees for each type of Supplier Memberships shall be determined by Gamechangers by the first of January each year. Members will be advised prior to the date of renewal of the most up to date subscriber fees.
2.2.6 In the event that the Annual Subscriber Subscription and any other outstanding Gamechanger invoices remain unpaid three months after receipt of the invoice, Gamechangers reserves the right to suspend any access to Gamechangers services. This includes access to the platform, ongoing services and contacts with other Gamechangers members.
Contribution and Termination
3.1 Supplier Memberships3.1.1 Supplier Members are expected to contribute to the Gamechangers platform by providing a service or adding benefits.
3.1.2 Failure to fulfill contribution requirements may result in a review of the Supplier Membership and possible cancellation without refunds.
3.2 Cancellation and Refunds
3.2.1 All members must provide a 30-day notice before canceling their membership.
3.2.2 If the reason for cancellation is deemed insufficient by Gamechangers, any remaining amount may be forfeited without a refund, but the subscription will be canceled and prevented from renewal.Data Protection
3.2.3 If a Member does not provide the agreed 30 day written notice to Gamechangers of their intention to terminate their membership, and this occurs after the Membership renewal date, the Subscription for the subsequent Month for monthly subscriptions will be payable, and subsequent Year for annual subscribers will be payable.
Data Protection
4.1 Confidentiality
4.1.1 All information within the Gamechangers members area is confidential and may not be shared with parties outside of the Gamechangers Organisation.
4.1.2 Internal sharing of information, links, media, or other content from the Gamechangers website is allowed only within the member's own business, using the same login details.
4.1.3. We retain and use all information strictly under the Privacy Policy.
4.1.4. When registering to use the Website you must set up a username and password. You remain responsible for all actions taken under the chosen username and password and undertake not to disclose your username and password to anyone outside of your registered business, and to keep all details secure.
Intellectual Property
5.1 Copyrights
5.1.1 The worldwide copyrights in all work created by Gamechangers and any partnership with Gamechangers members will belong to Gamechangers Organisation Ltd.
General
6.1 Good Intent and Website Usage
6.1.1 Users are required to use the Website and its services with good intent.
6.1.2 Any issues or concerns related to the Website or your membership should be reported to the Gamechangers team at oracle@gamechangers.org.uk
6.2 Revocation of Benefits
6.2.1 Gamechangers Organisation Ltd reserves the right to revoke exclusive benefits provided to members if circumstances outside our control necessitate such action.
6.3 Third-Party Marketing
6.3.1 Operator Members can control their consent to third-party marketing through the subscriptions section on their 'my account' page.
6.3.2 By utilizing the Benefits Portal to contact a supplier, Operator Members consent to receiving contact from the supplier.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK. By using the Gamechangers Organisation Ltd Website and its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
